What could Vitality Qigong offer you?

Vitality Qigong offers improved wellbeing, calmness, balance, flexibility and renewed energy.

Through tailored mindful movement classes, you will discover the power of this high quality, meditative exercise, suitable for all ages and abilities. Classes are engaging and relaxing and improve strength and flexibility.

Sessions take place on a one-to-one basis, or in groups within the workplace, education settings, within charities (I have experience of working with clients who have complex needs) or at health and fitness studios/ centres, for example.

What is mindful movement/ qigong?

Each class is different and involves simple movements designed to calm the mind and help the client enter a more meditative zone, as well as relax and refresh the body. Qigong works the smaller muscles of the body and so is an excellent complement to more demanding sports and fitness activities.

This type of exercise is suitable for people of all levels of health and fitness, it can even be done in a chair with very limited movement.

Classes are based around the ancient Eastern practise of Qigong which is done daily, en masse in China and is becoming more popular in the Western world.  In China, the exercise is traditionally used as a way to prevent illness and increase longevity and mindfulness. ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Claudia has a Diploma in Qigong Teaching

The Shiatsu College, London 2015-2017

Claudia’s first career is as a journalist and editor. She has a long history in the media industry, including working in-house as a Guardian Newspaper Networks’ editor.

She discovered Qigong in 2013 as she tried to keep up with the stress of deadlines and the demands of life. Claudia now has a lighter media schedule and teaches regular qigong & mindful movement classes in Brighton, London and beyond. 

Claudia loves working with clients to bring improved flexibility and wellness. She brings a warm, fun and clear teaching style and receives much positive feedback.

In turn, Qigong boosts her own wellbeing, creativity, physical and mental energy. She currently runs regular classes with several charities, businesses and individual groups.

Claudia is fully insured by Balens Ltd & is certified by the Shiatsu College London with a Diploma in Qigong Teaching. She is fully DBS checked.
